Joe Suba, an accomplished actor and film producer, has come a long way since his humble beginnings as an extra in Rage and Discipline (2004). Although he started out in a small role, he quickly impressed the director, Brian Clyde, who recognized his natural talent and sent his audition to the legendary executive producer, Roger Corman, also known as ‘The King of Cult Movies’.

Joe’s first taste of producing came on the set of Rage and Discipline, where he served as an associate producer. He went on to act in three more films for Corman, including The Hunt for Eagle One (2006), Crash Point (2006), and Operation Rouge (2014). During his time on these films, Joe learned the in’s and outs of movie production, gaining invaluable, hands-on experience along the way.

In 2016, Joe produced his first Mini Movie, Blue Underground. It paints the story of two New York City cops, who work for a fight promoter that hosts underground death matches. They find themselves fighting for their lives after a deal goes wrong. This success led him to produce his first full-length feature, Shadows (2019).

The film, directed by Brian Clyde and starring artist Saigon, follows six former gangsters as they face retribution from the demonic spirit of a man they once murdered. Joe’s latest film Cross Roads (2022), in which he was the executive producer and producer, sets the scene of an archaeologist for the Brooklyn Museum named Shannon, who travels to the Hudson Valley to create a film about a slave burial ground.
